Marine Grade Poly
We use only marine poly for our chairs. This plastic is exceptional in both it’s finish aesthetics and it’s incredible durability. This material machines to a smooth, beautiful finish without the need for chemical lacquers, stains etc. This means that it does not need the continuing treatment that wood products need to maintain it’s new look. It resists weathering incredibly well, so you don’t need to worry about it fading from the sun or becoming wobbly and weak even after years of outdoor use. And if it gets dirt or mildew, it is simple to clean off with any cleaner or pressure washer.

We have paid special attention to the design of our chairs. We make them to be comfortable to sit in and beautiful to look at. No awkward positions, sharp edges, or exposed bolts or screws. Fasteners are hidden from view. All edges are given a comfortable, even rounding. We utilize mortis and tenon building techniques to both hide fasteners and provide a sturdy feel. We’ve gone the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for these chairs.

We learned our trade producing furniture parts in partnership with Amish craftsmen in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We worked with wood, pvc, poly, and other materials to help them produce high quality products, including various types of outdoor furniture.
In recent years, we’ve taken what we’ve learned and used it to produce the best quality outdoor furniture possible. We use our CNC machine methods to allow us to provide extra engraving and customizations as well, letting us go a step beyond what others can provide.

Sea Breeze casual is a manufacturer and distributor of premium poly furniture. We manufacture our casual outdoor furniture in the USA at our Myerstown, PA and Robertsdale, AL locations. Designed for comfort and sturdy enough for commercial use Sea Breeze Casual furniture will not rot or splinter and it contains UV inhibitors that resist fading. It is durable and built to withstand the harshest elements of all four seasons and can be let outdoors to endure the wind, rain, snow, sun, sand and salt.
Sea Breeze Casual allows you to customize your order to fit your favorite color theme and add color to your outdoor room with our color combinations and upholstery. We also offer color core engraved logos for chair backs to give your furniture a personal and an artistic touch.
We employ innovative construction techniques to give you a superior design and quality build. Where possible, instead of screws and bolts that are visible and make unsightly holes and marks, we use cam inserts and hidden bolts. We also use mortise and tenon joining to make a sturdy, reliable construction. All of our parts are CNC machined to give a perfect cut and fit on each piece. Edges and corners are smoothly profiled for comfort and appearance.
Caring for Sea Breeze Casual furniture is as easy as cleaning it regularly with soap and water or pressure washing for your convenience. For deeper stain removal, using Clorox will not hurt the furniture. The stainless fasteners used to assemble your furniture are practically maintenance free under normal conditions. (We use only the highest quality stainless fasteners; however,in coastal areas, the high salinity environment may cause corrosion, and eventually fasteners will rust if not washed and rinsed with fresh water on a regular basis.) Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean your furniture.
We guarantee our poly furniture from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser for residential use. A five year warranty applies for commercial use. Sea Breeze Casual, at their discretion, will repair, or replace the defective furniture. Sling, fabrics, and cushions are not included in the warranty.
